User Data Deletion

At Plansy, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our platform and what happens when you do.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All scheduled posts, drafts, and content you've created in Plansy
- Social media account connections and access tokens
- Your analytics data and performance history
- Account settings and preferences
How to Request Data Deletion
You have two options to request deletion of your data:
Option 1: Through the App
- Log in to your Plansy account
- Go to Settings > Account
- Click on "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision by entering your password
Option 2: Contact Us Directly
If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, send your request to:

Please include the email address associated with your Plansy account for verification.
Processing Time
We aim to process all data deletion requests promptly:
- Account deactivation: Immediate upon request
- Complete data deletion from active systems: Within 30 days
- Confirmation email: Sent once deletion is complete
Data We May Retain
In some cases, we may retain certain information even after account deletion:
- Information required to comply with legal obligations (tax records, legal disputes)
- Data necessary to resolve pending disputes or enforce our terms
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you personally
Important Things to Know
- •Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your content cannot be recovered.
- •Content already published to social media platforms will not be deleted from those platforms. You must remove it directly from each platform.
- •Any scheduled posts that haven't been published yet will be cancelled.
