By using Plansy, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our scheduling service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

When you connect social media accounts to Plansy, you must also comply with the terms of service of those platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms regarding your account or content.

Intellectual Property

The Plansy platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Plansy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Plansy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always be published successfully. Social media platform changes, API limitations, or technical issues may affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plansy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Plansy will immediately cease.
